We do blood tests to measure the level of IgE total and specific IgE for different food allergens (including Cow’s milk) and inhalation allergens (dermatophagoides, pollens…). We also test for coeliac disease or Gluten intolerance (Anti-endomysial, anti-Gliadin, anti-tissue transglutaminase)

• Alpha 1 anti trypsin
