The bacteriology and parasitology section is supervised by doctors specialized in microbiology.

• We do bacterial identification and sensitivity to antibiotics.
• Rapid antigen testing for some viruses (Rotavirus, adenovirus, RSV, influenza A/B..)
• Rapide antigen testing for some bacteria and toxins (C.Difficile Toxin A/B/GDH, H.Pylori in stool, Enteropathogenic E. coli..)
• Fungal cultures from nails, hair and skin
• Candida susceptibilty testing for different anti-fungigram.
• Urine analysis and crystals identification
• Stone analysis
